Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return requests must be submitted within the valid return window from the delivery date. Items showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the item is inspected. The amount will be returned to the same payment method used during purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
